Healthyairmart.com accepts returns and exchanges for goods to ensure customer protection.

 

Order cancellation initiated within 24 hours after submission will be entitled for full reimbursement. Order ammendments requested within 24 hours do not carry additional charges. Healthyairmart.com will process all orders within 48 hours upon receiving submission.

Once the items are shipped, order cancellation and ammendments are not allowed. If for some reasons, you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the items and request for product exchange. Items that are returned must be unopened, unused and undamaged when they arrive back at Healthyairmart.com. All shipping or handling charge for returns and exchanges of goods will be handled by you.

 

For returns and exchanges, please fill in and follow the instructions found on the Product Return & Exchange Form.

 

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please report within 7 days of receipt in order to file a claim. We will either issue a refund or exchange the item upon its return. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement.
