Healthy Air Mart uses such voluntarily submitted information for the purposes for which it was submitted.

The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with credit card companies in order to process your order.

Trends, Usage Tracking and Disclosure

Healthy Air Mart uses standard software for monitoring statistical information such as how many visitors we have to our websites and what countries they are coming from. These statistics are viewed on an aggregate basis and help us get general overviews of customer trends. We do not look at individual customer data. Personal information is treated as strictly confidential and will only be reviewed or examined in the event of a dispute, claim, error or customer request.

Security

Customer and order information are emailed directly to our order centre in Singapore. When we receive your information, it is stored on a secure location in our office so that it can only be accessed by us.

Passwords

A password is required to login to access our website’s features. You are not to disclose your password to any third parties nor share it with any person/s not authorized to share this knowledge.

Aside from the unforeseen circumstance of unauthorized hacking into your computer systems, or theft of your own records, your password remains your sole responsibility.
